Sheltering Arms is among a select group of internationally respected rehabilitation providers chosen to conduct clinical trials of the Indego exoskeleton with patients who have sustained spinal cord injuries and with patients following stroke.

Indego is a powered orthosis, referred to as an exoskeleton, worn around the waist and legs to help individuals with paraplegia and other mobility-limiting conditions to stand and walk. The device holds great promise for affording people with limited mobility a new level of independence.

Sheltering Arms’ participation in these trials will make Richmond an east coast destination for the most clinically advanced treatment available in the field of rehabilitation.

Join us on April 11th and hear the latest updates from Sheltering Arms on the progress of these trials and clinical use of the newest advanced technologies!

Cost to Attend: $15 per person - members and guests (includes lunch buffet)
