The HCV Facilitator Fellows Program is a new intensive learning series that will help Certified ACP First Steps Facilitators cultivate their personal strengths as a leader in ACP.

CEUs are available at no charge for participants (8 contact hours = 0.8 CEUs).


We'll explore:
Unconscious bias, tools to interrupt it, and moving beyond “cultural competency”
Communicating across culture: using language that is inclusive, respectful and non-judgmental
Adapting facilitation techniques to be responsive to individual needs, such as partnering with language interpreters
