A few things to note: Arrival information - Upon arrival, go directly to the Kelly Education Center to check in. No ticket needed this year! Simply give your name and number of people in your party to Lewis Ginter and RAM staff. You must enter through the Kelly Education Center to gain access to the Garden. Parking Information - To avoid the parking lot congestion, please take advantage of the complimentary shuttle that runs from the Garden's satellite parking lot, located at 7401 Woodman Rd, Richmond, VA 23228 to the Garden. Shuttle rides are only 5 minutes long and will run from 5 PM – 10:30 PM on 15-minute intervals between locations.
